Will she ever calm back down?

Well what a disaster! I have a 8' brazilian female that while not the nicest of the bunch she had a even temperment and was easily moved in and out of her cage and even let outside from time to time to get some exercise. I have a mastiff that is infatuated with the snakes and finally she jumped from the back of the couch into the enclosure door releasing the female brazilian. I was at the lake when nephew called and told me all this so rushed home to check on everything. Mastiff had one small wound from the snake, snake had one small wound on the end of her tail, not a puncture but could tell where the dog bit. I got to pull the female from under the entertainment center as nephew was to afraid to catch her and holy crap she was pissy! Mouth open, hissing, striking at anything that moved. Checked her good for problems and got her back into her enclosure. Ok so its two weeks later and still its a major pain to move her from her enclosure for cleaning/feeding. Will she ever calm back down or is this going to be her temperment from now on?
