My female leo laid 2 eggs about 2 weeks ago and this morning she laid like half an egg is this common and does this mean that shes not goin to lay full eggs like last time?

Sorry but I've never heard of "half an egg". Do you mean she just laid a very small one, like half the size of the other clutch? Sounds like she's only going to lay one egg this time and it could be infertile, time will tell. It is getting to the end of the laying season I wouldn't worry about it as long as she is doing good.
