I can't wait to breed her. What should I buy to breed to her? I do not have any males yet, so I would like to know what you all think, would be my best choice of male to breed to this girl.

Types I was thinking of buying:

Pastel, Het Pied, BLONDE PASTEL, Ghost ?

Any others you might suggest?

Here she is:

I am looking them up, and see Bob Clark produced Lucistics with them, but can not find any good pics anywhere. Who has pics of some Fire balls? Also are they hets? Thanks for info, Andy

fireballs are hets

I just figured I'd say that due to the dot on it's head.....

they say fires have dots I think...well....spot more than dot....

I think they were named Fire Balls because of their light color and the spot on their head. The spot looks a flame to me.

Fires are visual hets. Homo = Black Eyed Lucy

I'd go with the Hypo. For pastels you really want to find something with more yellow in it and your girl, as pretty as she is, would probably not produce very vibrant pastel babies - but you never know you can give it a try! I think she'd make a nice hypo project.

The dot on the head of a Fire is only one of several traits. Most of the traits are obvious on the baby Fires, much less so on the adults. With the adult female below, I thought she was a hypo, so bred her to a hypo male. The baby pic is what hatched, which most people believe is a Fire, and everyone agrees is probably a dom or co dom, and not a simple recessive hypo. If you get babies out of it that look like the baby in this pic, you may have something

First two pics are the offspring of the female in the bottom pic.
Does your female look like her?
