We have had our sulcata for about two months now and its beginning to learn the ropes around here.
About 10am, he starts getting warmed up, comes out and paces the yard for a morning stroll. I normally offer chopped cactus every other day, well I missed a couple days and yesterday I sat on a chair in the back yard watering the grass. Within minutes our sulcata noticed me and came about made a turn behind the chair, lowered his little body right next to my left foot and just turned his head and looked at me. Basically telling me "hey bub, whats the big idea? can't a tort get some nice chow around this place?"
And so it begins, I know things will never be the same again.
