I met a woman in town not long ago who had a male Mali she said was about a year and a half old. It was mostly dark grey with lighter yellowish belly and speckles, with just a hint of bright yellow showing on the scales above his tail. The Uros in the pet store (granted, none of them appear in the best of health) are similar in color. How long does it take for a Mali to develop the full color of adulthood?
