Hey Bro
Did you say "Okeetee Thayeri?" How does this one look? Slap on a longer head structure with an arrow-head pattern on this female and you may just get confused.

Can we all jump in on this? I have always thought some of the Thayeri rival the best Corns. I think yours is a little closer with the nice black edges. And please disregard the cruddy pics.

You should have kept one that was really orange....... LOL. Molten orange isn't good enough. LOL
Oh and Rick, send me those Okeetee's. I'll give you the going price for them, $20.00 each LOL
Nice looking snakes guys.
Vichris
Now you know I'm not really into orange (lol), I'm a slave to it! I like shinny things too (lol). Can't keep them all though.
That's why I don't have corns anymore, no matter how great it looks at first, it still looks like a corn snake to me; not sure why I just cannot get excited about them. I have Thayeri that are just as bright and I don't see a corn snake when I look at them. Plus, Thayeri start out that good, corns take a year to look good. Hope I am not offending Corn snake aficionados, they are just not for me. Now Piebald Balls, they have been calling to me . . . I need counseling.
Here's one of my favorites from this year, low black, anti-corn look (lol).

We're just like little moths to these flaming snakes.
hehe.

Kinda Okeetee looking....

Rick and Jonel, you both have very beautiful Thayeri, I love the orange. Now Rick when I got the yellow male from you I don't remember seeing this one, you holding out?? LOL...

Michelle
It is all your fault he isn't in my clutches right now...lol.
I got some very nice snakes from Rick anyway. I'll post pics as soon as I can get some decent ones.
You'll have to post pics of that yellow guy as he grows so I can see what I'm missing!
LOL...yes I am the proud owner of Rick's yellow male, he is even better in person. I am still very glad the spotted one popped out or I would still be begging Rick to let go of him. I will have to post pic's once he sheds. Which one did you get?

Michelle
Rick's thayeri are like Lay's potato chips...I couldn't have just one.
I bought 4 and Rick tossed in a beautiful orange MSP female that unfortunately has a bit of a tail deformity. I love them all, but the one Rick was tempted to keep is the white male. He actually has a lime green tint in certain lighting.
I will get pictures up as soon as I can.
Can't wait to see pictures, I liked the white male, he has really nice saddles and a really nice head. I know what you mean about not being able to get just one, I ended up getting a pair myself. Rick has awesome snakes.

Michelle, no hold outs. The first pic (a little distorted) is a little dude from last year. I just found his pic in the gallery while looking for the other two. The two girls are problem children, but their pics have been in the gallery for a while. Besides, you and Mike both got one of the two I would have kept if not for that darn spotted one (lol).
Rick, I am so glad that spotted one popped out, LOL.. BTW I love the yellow male I will post pic's once he sheds. Also the female is a very nice too, I love her split saddles.
thanks again, for them.

I saw that on your site and thought the same thing....LOL
Great thayeri as always Jonel.....

Jonell,
I have an an Abbott line(thick black borders) Okeetee female cornsnake and believe me your Okeetee thayeri and much more beautiful and stunning than the corns could ever be. Then I again I suffer from the same sickness as everyone else in this forum.
Happy Herping,
Uncloudy
