Can beardies eat Tofu/Soy Beans??

i eat it a lot but have never thought of it for the beardies. do you know the nutritional analysis is for it? otherwise i would assume in small amounts it wouldnt be too bad. dont quote me on that tho.

check out www.beautifuldragons.com for a complete list of foods and how often they should be fed and why or why not.

I just looked it up, according to that chart Tofu is questionable and hasn't been tested on beardies yet

better not to feed it
