yellow belly? certainly is weird...

robyn@ProExotics Oct 04, 2005 06:00 PM

this animal is the best of a clutch from this year. two wild caught parents, brought in a couple of years ago, they were a bit different, but only to a trained eye, and neither could be called yellow bellies.

i am really not sure what is up with the animal, but it sure is pretty in person, i would be interested in your thoughts and comments on it : )

Is it a male ?

I hope you plan to breed it to a female pastel to see what the babies would look like, I am really wondering cause he is beautiful.

What are you going to do ?

Hey, Robin. I will be in on Friday to pick it up. Now if it is a male I'll pay $35. If its a female I'll pay $100. Just Kiddin'.

NICE snake. You should put it in the store with Olli (I think thats how you spell it, Sorry if its wrong) on Saturday so I can come by and see it! You should defiantly keep it and breed it back to a yellow belly!

PS: You have some Sweet Ghost ball pythons. Also when did you start selling angolans?? I should pick up a pair!

Thanks Erik

I keep and breed all kinds of crested morphs, Henkeli leaf-tail geckos, Mossy leaf-tail geckos, Lined leaf-tail geckos, and ball python morphs!

Robyn,

That animal is most certainly a Yellow Belly, and a great example of one at that. Maybe the parents are just low grade Yellow Bellies (well at least one of them). Can you post pics of them?

the co-dom morph that bhb is working with...

ha, maybe, maybe not

Royal_Variations Oct 04, 2005 08:43 PM

I would breed that animal with a Ghost "of course I would say that" also I would breed it with a Pastel. I would breed them back to themselves or the parents and find out what they are to each other as genetics "Morph". Gee I guess my thoughts on this do not help much but mostly you have produced some great animals.

Id have to say thats a yellowbelly.............but you mentioned above that you had 2 imported animals.........and that both were different............is this snake the result of both animals being bred together or from just one animal.......

Im my personal opinion that is one of the HOTTTTTTTEST Y.B.'s I have ever seen!!!

I'll give ya $20 for it! (kidding)

Any info & or pics of the parents?
