rack question

I recently ordered a 10 hole shoe box rack off the internet for my growing leopard gecko collection. The shoe boxes are 6 qt sterilites. I was wondering what size boxes do others use for their adult leos' set-up if they use a rack, and do you house them individually or not. Thanks for the replies.
