My business partners and I are all from Nevada and in Nevada we like to gamble. My point being:

A double recessive cross there is a 1/16 chance of producing the dble homo recessive.

Well, we would like to attempt a triple recessive (1/64) chance, but we are having a hard time deciding which one to pick besides albino and pied.
Here are some ideas:
Albino X Pied X Genetic Striped
Albino X Pied X Clown
Algino X Pied X Axanthic (I don't know if the pied white is whiter, would this even work?)

If someone could suggest another triple recessive combination, or tell me which of those three would be the coolest I would appreciate it. Thanks. (Of course this could take 5-10 years to do)

I'm a noobie to this, but we have our albino and pied project set up know and we just need to decide what 3rd recessive trait to add into it.

I don't see a whole lot of use mixing a pied with a pattern type morph like a stripe or a clown. Maybe I'm wrong but I think the pied would wipe out the patterning.

How about a pied true ghost?

It could lead to something really freaky! That said I am working on pied clown project right now. I agree, it could be nothing. But here is the thing, the pieds heads are very normal, so cross the clown with that and you would have a pied with a cool head, and maybe more!!!

I think an axanthic pied would look neat. I don't know if anyone has produced any yet? I think an albino axanthic pied would just ba an all white snake wouldn't it? Just my thoughts. Andy.

Those two terms are NOT mutually exclusive.

Three or four genetics courses at OSU taught me at least that much... ....

My point is I changed his parameters somewhat to mix three homozygous traits I thought would look cool together (even if they are not recessives). So, call the genetics police and hal me away.

What suggestions do you have? This is supposed to be fun, you know.

So it has been pointed out, again, and again. Yes, I know that LOL!!!! As stated in one of my other posts, I changed the parameters to include other double homos.

That would be awsome! I think you are more than 10 years away if you are starting from scratch, unless you buy 1.1 of each homo trait. First year grow them, second year if you are lucky, breed the pied to albino, pied to clown, clown to albino. Third year grow new babies, fourth year breed the DH Pied Albinos, DH Albino Clown, DH Pied Clown. 5th year grow the babies, 6th year breed the pied albino to the pied clown, pied clown to albino clown. By now (VERY best case you have some clowns DH for albino and pied, and some pieds DH for albino and clown. 7th year grow, 8th year breed the pieds DH for albino clown to the clowns DH for albino pied. YOU MIGHT JUST PRODUCE A TRIPPLE RECESSIVE HOMO!!! Good luck. Thats a long road with many road blocks.

IMO I think that the pied pattern would mess with the clown. Personally I think the caramel glow pied would be an awesome triple or maybe a true ghost pied. Not triple recessive but I think a bumble pied would look good as would a spider axanthic pied...............hell even a mojave pied!!
