satanics are typically very difficult to get CB specimens. most people who are breeding them trade cb specimens with eachother to diversify bloodlines etc.
neil meister in Canada just about always has uroplatus for sale, you may want to try looking him up. otherwise look for some long term captive wild caughts or pick out some nice wild caughts, that is likely your cheapest/most effective method. just be sure to do read up on them a lot before your purchase. they seem to be the most difficult of all of the uroplatus i've kept, and seem to die for just about no reason at all.

try clicking on kingsnake canada towards the top of the page, and see if he's got any advertisements up for guentheri or something, that's what i did.

I'm at work now, but PM/email me if you still need Neil Miester's contact information. If in western Canada, there is some of Neil's stock that has been breeding as well and I have their owner's contact information too. They were at the Edmonton reptile and amphibian society's show this past weekend.
