I just brought him home. I'll be tube feeding him an antibiotic, a deworming medication and mixed vegetable baby food for the next three days. The main goal here is that he starts eating again, which he has not done and to have him pass all of the parasites. The vet said he is less than out of the woods and it was rather disheartening that he has not begun to eat on his own yet. I will keep you updated.

You are giving little Zazu every opportunity and ounce of love you can, that is the best ANY parent can do. We will continue to think about you guys. Hang in there!

don't let it get ya down, he has made it this far. i am sure he is appreciating all the hard work. there is no better feeling than when they start to feel better and they fight you for trying to feed them and for giving them medicine

Sorry to hear that. Keep up the good work and hopefully he will turn the corner. Just wait until he feels better and runs when he sees the syringe! Best of luck, we will all be thinking about you and Zazu.
