This is a snake that I produced early this season. This snake is getting white spots on its sides. It didn't have them when it was hatched out. The white seems to appear more and more with every shed. I located the mother and plan of breeding it back to her. But anyway I would like to know what some of you think. Thanks David

is it a pastel? If not it's one great looking normal. As far as the white spots go, well, I could make up some stuff and write it eloquently in an attempt to sound inteligent, but instead I will admit that I don't know but it sure is neat!

I have a 05' 1.0 Pastel from RDR that has a couple of (what I call) Pied. White Spots. Nothing like yours Snakebstr but it sure is neat to see! It would be interesting to see if it's common and just not "note-worthy" enough to talk about, or if it's another random thing.

I got to see this snake last month at a show and it really is a very nice animal. Neat white spots.

Oh yah, it IS a pastel. Thats what makes it so sweet. Put next to another nice pastel he had it still blew it out of the water.

I call myself rookie because I don't have extensive knowledge on snakes, but I do know a great looking one when I see it.
Can't wait to see what comes out of the next breeding!

White spots like what are on your snakes are thought to be like gray hairs on humans, but there are quite a few on yours. Could it be something's going on? Either way, you're bond to get some awesome babies from that.
