Most of our adult burms are fed one to two large rabbits (8-15 pounders depending on the size of the snake) every month...we also supplement with a quality vitamin/mineral product (every third to sixth feeding). On this feeding schedule, our burms have put on tremendous growth, have fantastic muscle tone, are active and alert and in overall exceptional health. When I hear about people feeding their burms on a weekly basis, I question their understanding of basic "large constrictor" natural history. Hope this helps.
