Here is a picture of my BTS enclosure. It is made from plywood and is 4 x 6 x 2 feet. It has taken me a while to learn how to upload photo's, but now I can do it. This pen is on a shaded patio in Arizona, where it is now over 110 degrees F. He gets morning sun which he really enjoys for about 3 hours. The red cooler in the back is his "den", because he doesn't have access to an underground burrow. It has moist green moss inside and stays pretty cool. The lid is propped open just a few inches so he can slide in and out easily. The enclosure cost about $100 to make, and took a couple of weeks to complete. Just wanted to share this and encourage anyone who is considering a new enclosure for their skinks that they can do it. I am no carpenter, and had help from an elderly gentleman, but it works!
