Is there any sexual dimorphism, like longer tails on the males or something like that ?

Acrochordus are sexually dimorphic. Generally Females grow longer and larger, have larger heads and shorter tails. The info that I sent You shows a picture of a male and female A arafurae, it should basically show you what you need to know.
I assume that they could be probed, but I don't think its really necessary or worth the stress on the snake.
Heres how we can help. Post a picture of both of them and then some one here will tell you which is which if you haven't figured it out yet.
