Before the Louisville Herp Meeting last Sunday, Phil and Will (officers of the Louisville HS) took Jason Folt and I to a few spots.
Although we did not find any rattlesnakes (a small disappointment) we did score this cool and HUGE black eastern hognose and a few other herps. (nothing was collected)
We found a few longtail sals, one cave sal., 4 black racers, and about 6 or 7 ringnecks...all found by Jason, the "ringneck master"
This hognose was found under a sheet of tin, and we managed to snap a few shots before it went into “play dead” mode.
