If this was "Never-Never Land" then all it should take is one email. That said, look out the window and realize you live in the real world with the rest of us. Customer service is a thing of the past, for some reason it's just gone. I know speaking for myself, if you don't want to reply to me for whatever reason, you won't be getting my money. I'll spend more with a company (person, breeder, store, etc.) that goes out of their way to accomodate me than with a person that I have to pester and bug and feel like I'm doing all the legwork on a deal.
The old saying is "You can't judge a book by it's cover". I tend to disagree, if the cover doesn't catch your eye, why should you pick up the book in the first place?
Their not the only cage builder out there, granted it's nice that they are close to you. I totally agree on the other reply that if you have any problems with the equipment IF you buy from them that you will get squat for service.
If you think that they are hard to get ahold of now, just try and contact them with a complaint about one of the cages.
