I have a Jebo Odysea CFS 4
I found the filter running dry and the top was really hot so i turned it off to let it cool down, when i turned it back on it wouldnt start but I can feel and hear the motor running.
I was advised to open it and clean the impeller chamber.
i cant get the impeller out to clean it
and when i opened the top a black rubber ball fell out of athe system.
does anyone knw where this ball goes so i can put it back? and any idea on what i can do to get this filter up and running again

oh yeah i tryed spinning teh impeller with my fingers to see if there was somethign blocking it and it sometimes jumps and spins a little but when it pins it always goes opposite the direction i was spinning it in

most filters have to have water around the impeller for it to work. if it is not under water it probably cant get a suction to start to pull the water. im not familiar with that filter so i dont know where that part goes.

i found a small peice of melted platic blocking the impeller from being removed, dont know if it can be fixed though
