How much can I expect tp pay for a CB Green Tree Monitor?

I'm just curious as I would like to keep these at some point. Can I expect to pay the same for CB Black Tree Monitors? Also, how difficult are they to come by?

Green tree around $1000 and black tree around $300

Don't see c/b black trees to often.
