tanks and breeding racks, what do you use?

i am wanting to get into ball pythons and when the babies are grown, breeding also
i plan to get 2 or 3 to have a couple different pairs
what is a cost effective way to house multiple adults, and a cost effective rack system for the offspring?
what do you use?
looking for something cheaper than buying the tanks from petco or whatnot. im NOT set up for any construction so telling me to build my own rack is not helpful. i need to either buy the whole set up or have someone locally build it for me. again, needs to be cheaper than buying the appropriate sized tanks at a petstore. Oh and Im in Portland OR. thanks in advance

Well you could go really cheap, and just get some big staralite tubs with lids, put bunji (sp?) cords around the top to keep them from pushing the lids open. Drill holes all around the side of the tub for ventilation. Get a cobra heat pad from petco and put it on the bottom underside (watch it for a few days to make sure it will not get too hot, you MIGHT need a thirmostat). Now thats cheap. Not much diff between that and putting them in a rack with the same tubs. You may want to look into heat tape insted of the cobra pad, but my guess is if you dont want to build a rack, you wont want to bother with heat tape.

As they grow, get bigger tubs. Extra tubs are always nice to have... sometimes I find my extra hatchling tubs full of pictures or different crafts.

i would rather have a shelf system than stack the bins or have them scattered. stacking you have to pull all the top ones off if you want the bottom snake lol and i dont have enough room for 6 bins layin around
