Which lizard is better in maitenance, care, tameness, and tolerance of handling?. Chinese Water Dragons, Frilled Dragons, or australian Water Dragons?

Whilst these three species are all similarly sized Agamid lizards, they differ in humidity requirements.

Frillies like relatively dry conditions.
Aussie water dragons are fairly forgiving about humidity, but its best to keep them fairly humid.
Asian water dragons like it very humid.

All three are large, active and semi-arboreal, and so they are not the easiest of species to house. They need height AND surface area. You are looking at a (minimum) floor of say 6' x 2', and a height of say 4'. Thats a big cage. Also, as they feed mostly on live insects, they take some feeding.
