My snake eggs hatched today. Do i leave the babies with the mother or seperate them?

Most snakes don't take care of their youngs. Once hatched, the new borns are left to fend for themselves. So, yes...you can seperate them.

There is always the chance that the much larger mom might smother them accidentally so I would definitely cage them separately from mom and individually if possible.

From what I have seen, seperate them but you can leave them together until their first shed. Keep them on damp paper towels or something along those lines until they shed, then seperate them into their own enclosures and start feeding. Just telling you what I have seen other breeders do.
