Hey Kemper
Those are tight , I really like the black mask on those guys . What color is the back ground on those bull is that cream color and do they change shades of colors as adults.

Jason

RedInTheTail Jul 20, 2003 09:34 PM

They are DARK black with a sliver/white backround. There is a slight tent of cream, but not much. The sunset gave the backround more of a yellow tint than it is.

As for how the will turn out. . . dunno. I have only had them a week they just shed. So it is hard to say.

Chris Ken owns this adult from the same bloodline.

The name is Chris Kennard. I think the proper etiquette would have been to ask permission to post that pic. In any case, Jason, that is an awesome proven female I purchased from Ronda that will soon be the property of KJ(unless he starts up with that "yankee" crap again, lol). My experience with these bulls is that they do develope a little more of the cream color dorsally as they mature and they are a little more "nervous" than most of the bulls in my collection. Pics don't do these awesome bulls justice.

Hi Chris
Thats a awesome snake you have . I want to get a pair of those bad boys. Thanks for the info .

Take Care

a southerner, KJ would be my choice. LOL. Hopefully it won't go to his head like everything else. LOL.

KJ?...let something go to his head?...surely you jest!

terryp Jul 21, 2003 11:29 AM

Don't tell me she's gone somewhere and Del and I didn't know. LOL. I put that pic of her you sent me on my background on my computer at work once in awhile just to view her off and on. I have a deckert ratsnake on there right now.

poosphere Jul 21, 2003 11:36 AM

She's doing great! I'll send you some better pics of her. She's definitely the yellowest bull I've seen to date. Her head looks like a gold nugget! I won't tell her that you're cheating on her with that "other" snake's pic on your computer, lol. There's a few pics of her on KJ's pituophis page.

terryp Jul 21, 2003 11:54 AM

My ratsnakes were crying foul when they heard I had the yellow bull on my background. Let the yellow girl know I sneak her on my computer once in awhile.

I already told her. She said she doesn't mind being the "other woman". She doesn't like committment, lol.

Well, That's Mr. Chris Kennard to you...lol. I think some people assume that the photos in the photo galleres are donated to the public domain. They aren't. The photographers own them, but they gave me permission to use them. Sorry it got posted like that. I'm not sure why it was done - especially since I had the photo listed as "anonymous" apparently for a reason. I guess the secret is out now on all of the nice animals you own, huh?

Yeah, that one that Ronda bred is almost definitely a full sibling to parents of the ones being posted recently. I've got some more full siblings to that female coming in, too. That female is only an F2 instead of an F3. Whenevert I get mine in, I plan to post some photos of them for comparison....along with some locality normals, I hope. -squared.

Regretfully, it'll be two years before a locality male is old enough to breed to the adult female, but that does allow me to breed her to an albino white-sided male next year. Hmmmmmmmmm, normals het for albino, white-sided, and axanthic. Man, axanthic white-sideds are what dreams are made of, I bet....lol.

Byte me.

Scatcranium??? Hmmmmm. Can I use that?

terryp Jul 22, 2003 05:05 PM

I knew something exciting was coming from her if you had her. KJ doesn't waste anytime with breedable females. I wonder if you're holding any offspring back. LOL. I bet that other southern guy Daryl gets some. LOL.

RedInTheTail Jul 21, 2003 10:58 PM

Glad that I could help you out! They are diffinetly killer animals, I am VERY happy with them. Let me know if you want a female from the same bloodline, but different parents. I might be able to hook you up. Shoot me an email if you want. Take Care

JMartin Jul 21, 2003 10:51 PM

JMartin Jul 22, 2003 10:08 PM

Hi Kemper,
The male in the photo is a year old and is huge for such a young bull.
