Hey i juts got 2 Uros at a show today questions

hey how do i tell the difference between male and female nigeres, also the women said if there both male its still ok to have the housed together do to there not being a pecense of a female any advice, also help sexing

the most reliable way is to look for two bulges between your uros legs. If they are there they are male if not they are female. It realy depends on the age also. If they are young you might not be able to tell yet. if they are adult it should be fairly easy to notice the bulges. If they are both male i personally would be careful. Two males *can* be housed together but many times they fight, even when not when a female is around. They will want their own territory, because tehey think females will be around. But i have seen and heard of many times males being ok with one another when housed right from the start as young lizards. Good luck. Heres a pic of my saharan, you ca see his bulges in the pic.
