this is not only my favorite chondro,but the best reptile i have ever owned.i hold him anytime i want,day or night,never tried to bite(even as a neonate).hes a male sorong with(as you can see)lots an lots of very large,very blue bands,dorsal stripe and diamonds.hes a little under two years old(19 months),and considering how many sorongs dont stop developing blue untill late into their second year ,i have high hopes of him getting even bluer!my favorite thing about him,besides his temperment,is this solid blue stripe that goes down the side of his face.i dont think you can see it in this picture but you can in the next one.enjoy!

the same snake but here you can see the blue stripe on his face that i love!!hes a bushmaster bred import and you can see why i love them and hate when people talk bad about them.never a single problem with him sice the day i got him as a very,very,very small,super,almost blinding ,yellow baby.

this is the snake i posted about yesterday.hes my only designer animal(blue line)who,although is not super blue,hes is definetly much bluer than im able to show in photos.the next overcast day i have and im not at work,im going to try out the tip i got on shooting blue chondros.

They are great looking animals!! My little gal should pair up with your nice Sarong when she grows up Two awesome temperaments, and I think she's going to be a real looker too when she's done changing.

hey meg,thanks.when i told you about a sorong that i had that looked a lot like tempest,this is the one i was talking about.i think you will also have a lot of bright blue stripes if they continue to develop in the same manner.just out of curiosity,does your breeder spell sorong ,SARONG?i have seen people spelling it several ways as well as manokwari/manakwari and many other locales and towns in indonesia.it seems that when it comes to indonesian towns,noone can agree on english spelling.just think its funny.

He spells it Sorong. So does Greg. I'm not sure how I spelled it. I don't think I paid attention! There's a million spellings for everyone of the locales except Biak I suppose. Even the Kiafu or however you spell it.....

no,i have seen some breeders spell it like you spelt it as well.

Put him next to your other one and shoot the pic you should be able to see the difference

thats a good idea,if you look you can kinda see a difference if you compare it to the green of the plants in the background but yea,im gonna do that,duh.. why the hell didnt i think of that lol.
