vivarium mold problem

i have a vivarium with a false bottom.i have recently got a very serious mold problem with this stuff that looks like spiderwebs,covering all the moss and is now beginning to grow on the plants and back wall as well.any idea how to make it stop???it seems to be killing my plants.is it mold or maybe spider mites??? any ideas?

Fungus Gnats. They suck, but arent a real plant killing problem. I had them in my 250g, and they didnt cause any long term problems.
