I need help designing fireworks/dreamweaver program for my boas

Are any of you familiar with Macromedia Fireworks MX (I hear it is simliar to Macromedia Dreamweaver MX)? I have both, but am working with Fireworks.
I am trying to create an advertisement that I can use in the Kingsnake classifieds, but I am not very good with the program and it is confounding me. I'm almost finished, except for the 2 things I can't figure out how to do. If you know how to work either of those two programs and can give me a hand, I would appreciate it. Please email me.
