i don't know how many of you were in the hobby then, but a friend and myself pooled our $$$ and bought 2.3 of these at $250@...we were going to make$$ off our hobby..... as young teachers with mortgages and kids this might mean no summer jobs yippee...the following year our snakes were still a year away from producing....badda-bing the big boys reduced the price to $90......that was the last time i looked at this obsession as a $$investment...ok i'm done

I read a long time ago that Ernie Wagner said that as animals got cheaper it opened up a whole new level of folks that could afford and would buy.
