Boas Bred Too Soon

matt_fl Oct 13, 2005 01:31 PM

I was housing a pair of colombian boas together. I have never cycled them. One morning, they decided they didn't care what season it was. Even more strange, the female was the aggressor. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I expect babies, slugs, or nothing? Is veteranary attention nessecary?
Thank you.

Here's a random pic... hopefully

No worries, when boas are kept together they'll breed when they feel like it.. Just because it's not the "Season" doesn't mean it will affect the litter. People breed at a certain time of year because in most cases it's easier. Congrats on the potential litter, keep her heated and keep us posted.
