I have a 3 1/2-4 year old Ball Python, it's roughly 4 feet long? It was given to me by a friend who moved away and couldnt take it. The snake was fed in the cage and wasnt handled much, so to this day it isnt very tame. I was wondering how much a snake like this would be worth?

Im not sure....I've never had it checked. But naturally i refer to it as "he"....I didnt want to imply, so i refered to it as "it" on this post for that reason.

Big difference for males and females have it properly sexed and weighed or you can try to sell it as unsexed for maybe $100.

nothing.....

till proven to be a female that eats mice or rats...then it's worth $40 to $400..........depending what and who wants it.

......I got a female at a yard sale for $40........she is going to give me at least 8 eggs this year to a pastel or ghost male.....I forget what I put with her......(it's marked)....

I'd say $50-$100 for a big male. Big females go for more. A lot more.

If you weren't planning on it, go get it sexed.
