Herps and TV

While this is a general reptile question I knew that this board had the most smartas... er... smartest people and would be able to answer this.

Since we got our iguana a few weeks back I have noticed a very strong attraction he has for the tv. He seems to prefer cartoons and starts bobbing around if something gets in the way (body bobbing not head bobbing) and stops once he can see the tv again. I have heard of this (and seen it) with bearded dragons too.

Has anyone ever seen that reaction with snakes (balls or otherwise)? I am thinking that it could be that they just see heat they wouldn't care about it. And, for the lizards is it the images moving or more because of the calming beta waves that a tv emmites from it?

I have a female ball who watches TV. She sits on my lap perfectly still with her head raised and watches intently. She's done this since she was a baby. She really loves survivor lol.

I had a frilled dragon that would watch tv, not like a casual glance, but would watch with interest, and move around if there is something in the way, its interesting, I dont handle my balls ussually so I have not noticed if they like tv
