First off, thanks to everyone who has been so helpfull with all my qquestions. I have been working on peicing together the tank, im still planning on hiding a couple more hides, or maybe another brick for basking, it seems as if the basking site may be higher than a Uro would like, what do you think?

I also ordered the pretty bird, now all i have to do is buy beans and seeds!!!

The tank looks nice, and I like the bridge out of bricks and rocks. I don't know if you were intending on adding another lamp or not, but my uro really loves having more than one basking place. I think you might be right about the basking spot needing to be lower. One last thing that Batista really enjoys are thick branches that he can climb over and under. We found our's in the woods, baked them in the oven to kill any bugs, since I was dissatisfied with the price/variety of wood at petstores.

I hope the new uro enjoys his place, and you should post pictures once you have him in the cage!

Hmm...i am not sure if my tank is big enough for two basking spots, i think it might make the ambient temp too hot, but i can play around with bulbs tomorrow..
