My West Papuan Carpet has refused food for the past month...

phiff1 Oct 14, 2005 02:14 PM

I am offering thawed small rats. She is 3 years old and has never been a finicky eater in the past. Any suggestions? I have tried warming the rats up briefly with a lightbulb with no success. I am trying to resist feeding her live food (I already have a Brazilian Rainbow Boa that will only eat live).
Thanks

What are the temps? She could be off-feed for winter.

scented the rats with the mouse's freezer bag and she ate finally ate them. Yippee, now if I can just get my Brazilian Rainbow Boa to do the same thing...
