Thanx again,
Do a net search on Woma, it'll help. They're pretty easy to keep. Apadora is a little different story

Thanks J, will do most def...what's the deal on Papuan Olives? Besides having a taste for your other snakes, changing color, etc.
Thanx again, Hassan
email me or go to www.auntievenom.com, Good choice for a pet, very easy to maintain and they dont get too large.
i saw one about 24 inches long and it was $500. they are so neat looking though! i would get one if i could afford it. sorry don't know to much about their care.
Hassan...the Papuan Olives seem to be highly intelligent (for a snake), and the color change is not major, but may be related to emotion or temp. As to eating other snakes, especially their mates, I know it's happened, but mine don't seem to have the inclination. My female is double the weight of the male, same length of 12'. They're very interesting animals, and very little is known about them. They "huff" when disturbed, and once they're being held, show no tendancy to bite. They have, on occasion, given me a half-hearted strike/bite when first disturbed, so I use gloves when first picking them up. Not many have been bred.

Thanx for the input;to be honest I've never heard anything negative about them from anyone that I've known to kept them. At the present, I'm having trouble locating a neo, I checked with NERD, but I'm awaiting a reply. Any more info J??????
Hassan
Good information in REPTILES MAGAZINE, July 2004.
I think Hassan has switched to info on Apadora, unless I'm mistaken. Kevin at Nerd has bred them, we've talked in person and by email. Neos are hard to come by, they just don't breed that often in captivity. There may be 2 breeding seasons.
