ok, i have 2 ball pythons. one is a male, 4 feet long and 1600 grams. the other a female 3 feet long, 850 grams.

zulu(the male) hasnt eatin in 2 weeks now and vanessa in one. i want to know why. vanessa(the female isn't either, but i haven't noticed anything different with her. do you think its because of the season change? also iv'e noticed zulu is searchin his cage more lately, and on another forum they said that was him searching for a female. is that right?

if you want anymore details just ask. i really want to know why they're not eating!

thanks

Marshall, usually when a snake is cruising the tank it's either lookin' for food or a way out. If the did go off feed for the winter your female is probably to small yet to breed this season. Keep fresh water in the tank so they don't become dehydrated. I tend to try and feed them throughout the breeding season reguardless,as my male will sometimes continue to eat. Just drop in a prey item every couple weeks. If it's not eaten, no biggie. Good luck.
