Hi everyone,
After nine months of keeping my snakes, I actually got to witness one of them shedding, from start-to-finish, for the first time tonight!
It was really an amazing process to watch... just makes me look in complete wonder at these beautiful, graceful animals. It's days like today, when I get to watch my leucy rat daintily drinking water droplets off the leaves in his terrarium, and glide carefully through the branches to slough off old skin, that I feel truly priveleged to care for these animals.
Anyway, just felt like sharing. Just imagine all the things we could never witness if it weren't for our captives!!!
