new snake help

dman1101 Oct 15, 2005 05:24 PM

I am thinking about getting a biod. I have a wc red tail who is kinda aggresive and a cb ball who is sweet as can be nothin new there, i want a larger snake that is more like a ball temperment as an adult (I know most neonates can be nippy) so i can let other people handle it without worring, something around 6-8 feet. anything else i need to think about would be greatly appreciated.

Derek

Generally, not from personal experience, but from several friends' experiences, any species of rainbow boa tends to stay very calm. Rainbow's are by far the most common in the US pet trade. Easy to keep, cheap to buy. Very nice looking animals that can be handled, though not excessively.
