Permits In Massachusetts ...

Antegy Jul 21, 2003 06:55 AM

I lost my email - all of it! Including the one I had with the information in it about who to contact about getting a permit from the state of MA for my burm. It had the exact info I need in it (department, phone number, etc.). Can anyone please help me out here if you have this info?

Thanks very very much,
- Mark

I got the info from www.neherp.com. Hopefully it is the info your looking for. I plan on calling them sometime this week for more info.

It says on the site you can get your applications through here. Take care, Scott.

You don't need a permit in ma.to own a burm do you???

You don't need a permit to own a burm until it reaches 10 feet. Anything over 10 feet needs a permit, whether it be a burm or a ball (I know balls don't get that big but if one did, you would need a permit for it). Isn't Massachusetts great! Scott.
