HI

My dad wants to keep leos but i like fats since ive kept leos, but i was wondering do u think its possible to keep them together and if there any possible chance they could breed. i doupt it but u know never hurts to ask unless u know ur gonna get hit for asking it. but im not so im ok. will a 20h b big enough or do we have to get like a 40 breeder of a 55. O and if i buy them as babies and keep them together will it make a difference to being able ot live together whith out fighting?

I've seen pet stores house fattys and leos together with success, but that doesn't mean its right. Their care is so similar that if you keep a good eye on them you could pull it off. Keep some notes on their behavoirs because i'm interested to see how they react if you do this. They could breed, i've only heard of one case and the poor little hybrid died before maturity. Also the caging should be around a 30-40 gallon because its different species and they will need more room.

what else do u know about the hybrid. Im going to make a hybrid and i need to know about it. give me all the info u know

I talked to kelly H about it and all she really said was that she once had a picture of one and that it died before it reached maturity.

dose she know about the parents if the father was a leo or a fat?
