He's here!!

Mesdames et Monsiuers,
Please allow me introduce the newest member of Lady Stefanie's ever growing menagerie - "Kitty". He was originally slated to be "Mr. Rourke" of "fine Corinthian leather" fame. Does anyone remember that commercial with Ricardo Montalban? But my 7-year-old daughter was holding him and loving on him - that's my girl! And said he was just as sweet as a kitten. Coupled with the fact that we have 3 cats and that he's going to be bigger than the biggest one we have, he became "Kitty". He had a complete shed, (I made sure it was a full one - toes, tail and all) took two pinkies after we got him home (about 30 minutes after) and then proceeded to tear his place up!! I have never seen anything so funny! He's spent the last probably 18 hours either underground or basking. He tolerates being messed with for about 5 or 10 minutes and then gets a little lively, so goes back to his home. The furry cats love him and watch with real interest while the bedding is flying. We are so happy with him and I am so thankful to everyone for their assistance and advice over the last few weeks. You are all the BESTEST!!

Brightest Blessings,
Lady Stefanie

Thanks. Me too. I know everyone says Aregentine is the way to go, but this one called to me. I had found a beauty of an Argentine, and was stealing the hubby's wallet when this one climbed up and looked at me, flipped his tounge and changed my mind. He is just a doll-baby.

Congrats Stephanie! The colombian looks great! It's also nice to hear that he is calm! I hope continues on this terrific path!

I remember that Chrysler commercial... Congrats, Stefanie!!! What a cutie! I knew someone with a cat named Puppy, so a tegu named Kitty makes perfect sense. My argentine red is really mellow, and I enjoy the stark contrast of my fiesty colombian gold. Sounds like Kitty has a great new home!
