theloderma corticale- mossy treefrog care

sleepofapples Oct 16, 2005 12:33 PM

does anyone have these? i found some at frog day amongst the thousands of dart frogs... the guy from "sandfire dragon ranch" gave me basic care instructions .. as far as how the habitat should be setup and temp etc.. but i want to know from someone who actually keeps them as pets rather than someone who keeps them for breeding purposes.. what kind of setup has worked for any of you? i bought almond leaves to tanninate the water and the sandfire guy told me that cichlid blackwater extract will also work for that if i cant aquire them later on.. anyone know of a caresheet or page with info? personal advice is welcome too... thanks!

Umm...I know nothing about Mossy treefrogs

BUT, I do know that black water extract will do the same thing as almond leaves.

And

Whatever breeders keep their breeders in...I would doubble that, if they say 5 gallon, do 10. but if you can afford 20 do 20!
