I've decided I want a monitor...I've put it of long enough and i'm going to get one. But I'm wondering what the opinions are here for a first timer, I'm not inexperienced with reptiles...But I have never had a monitor. I'm debating between a Savannah, Red Ackie, Freckled, any others that anyone suggests? Just wonderin what you guys think

I have a flawless ackie ill sell ya, I thought he was a yellow but everyone who see's him says hes a red.. he's only about 6-7 months old and eats alot. let me know as soon as you can, cause i dont really have the room for him right now. Ackies dont get very big so it would be a good starter, alot better then a sav cause they get huge, thats one of the largest monitors you can get and just because they are cheap dosent mean they are good starter monitors. They get big, and most are imported and are very unhealty. And their are alot of other things also.. like how much you will have to feed a sav compared to an ackie. You can feed an ackie crickets and other insects and some small mice dusted for its whole life.... a sav will cost you when dinner time comes around. Thats if it makes to an old age.
