Not entirely sure if this is normal. I'm not really worried about her doing it just thought it was funny and weird so I am sharing. I have never seen another Ball do this, but here she is watching TV with me.

Nah, mine have a habit of doing this too. They're curious and inquizitive little buggers... nosey, too. 
They like to see what's going on around them. And you can't really get a good vantage when you're laying on your belly on the floor, now can you?
