important question

how long after eating should i worry about my corn regurgitating? and what would it look like if he regurgitated 24 hours after feeding...i guess im wondering if what im seeing is poop or regurg.. i fed him his first fuzzy yesterday..took it fine the lump was larger than usual but thats probably to be expected..any info is appreciated thanks

It looks like a mouse. Very slimy. And smells horribly! After 24 hours it should still be pretty solid.

ok well what i have looke like a pile of mush, looks kinda slimy but definately not resembling a mouse thats for sure...

Assuming the mouse is eaten normally, the tail is one of the LAST things to get digested. If you see something that looks like a tail and maybe two hind legs, it is likely a regurg. regurg doesn't contain the black undigested matter and white, pasty/chalky urates, either. Snakes can regurg from immediately after swallowing a meal until ANY time that it leaves the stomach. Depe4nding on the temps, that can be OVER a week. If your temps are OK, you usually shouldn't have a regurg in over 5 days or so.

With that said, the timing of the regurg depends on WHY the snake regurged. If it is stress, it can be ANYTIME there is even a SMALL bump. Cool temp spike? Even a day or two after the bump disappears. Disease? it depends on the disease! Et alias.

ok just wanted to update.. i woke up this morning and looked in the cage and it had turned black and white like it normally looks. i must have seen it right when he squeezed it out lol..
