My two leos mated lastnight and i was wonderin if that was ok b/c the female just laid her 3rd egg the other day so i think theres another one thats supposed to be laid?

Since it is the end of the laying season she may only have one egg to lay in this clutch. Sometimes near the begining and the end of the season they will lay only one egg. Also this may happen if they are not healthy enough to produce another, the season takes it's toll on the female.
Look at her belly if there is another one in there you should see it, but they usually lay the second egg right away.
