So, I am sitting here drinking my morning coffee, and I look over at Tequila's tank. I see this thing, I can't really see what it is, I think "oh, it must be a piece of lint or something". Well it turned out to be "something", Tequila had seen it too and when she ran down to investigate it moved! It was a huge freaking spider! It started scuttling along the bottom of the glass. I immediatly grabbed a shoe, and hurried over. All the while going, eww,eww, eww. At the same time I swear if Tequila could talk she would have been saying yumm,yumm,yumm. Anyways, I slammed the shoe down and heard a crunch. I picked it back up, after about three minutes of course, and no spider! I had been hearing a piece of paper. So, I sucesssivly killed some paper, and now have a big hairy brown spider in my house somewhere. Tequila seems to have a different opinion about the situation though, she sat at the front of her tank for about twenty minutes. Looking for the one who got away I guess. Just thought I'd share. Once again EEEWWWW!

You have a cricket killing machine on the loose. If anything Its a good thing. If you want dont kill him send him over here. If you read my other story you will know that yesterday I dropped 500 superworms in my living room. And I am sure I missed a few when cleaning up! lol

Yeah, well I don't usually kill spiders. I leave them alone as long as they leave me alone. This one just really freaked me out. I could use a criket killer though, I have them all over my house, since we keep letting them out by accident. Tequila has a tank that has sliding doors. My male cat and my dog hunt the crickets too. Weird that my dog does it though, because she is afraid of flies. She hides until we kill them.

I have read, from numerous sources, that eating spiders can hurt your bearded dragon. Apparently even the toxins or normal spiders are enough to weaken their immune system, allowing other sickness' normally noneleathal, to be so.

oh, she couldn't get at the spider. It was on the out side of the glass. There is no way for a spider to get into her tank.
