Hello Joel

Well, It seems as if Uroplatus is not so hot in Europe as earlier, but there is still a group of dedicated breeders. Allmost all species are bred except from the three rarest (alluadi, malama and malahelo)in trade. On the Hammshow in Germany in September it was obvious, that there had been no imports lately. Therefore most of the species was CB. Güntheri was guite common, and one of the rarest species on the market was phantasticus. It was told there was only one male for sale and he was sold immidiately. For me it meant that my offspring home in Denmark was suddenly quite popular. I had 2 pairs for sale and they were sold in no time.

So due to the lack of imports for the time being, you don't see to many Uroplatus for sale as ealier. But keep on searching, it's not impossible to find what you are looking for.

Best regards Kim
