help with ID

I saw these two snakes yesterday during the afternoon in a small stream in Tallahassee, FL. I'm not exactly confident in my identification, though

The first I think is a yellow bellied water snake


The second I believe is a banded water snake but am unconvinced



What do you guys think,

I think they are both banded watersnakes. The first one is tougher, but looks like fasciata to me.
