Travelling Requirements to set up as a vendor at reptile shows?

Hello guys,

For those of you who have had extensive experiences in setting up vendor stalls at reptile shows, a few questions if i may:

1) what's the best airline to use to travel to other states when it comes to bringing some milksnakes with you?

2) what are the requirements from gov't agencies, if any...

3) pitfalls I should watch for?

Any help, assistance, insights would be really appreciated.
